Refund Policy

  • We accept returns in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. 

Return Policy

  • Product must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be approved by a member of our team before the process can begin.

  • Item must be return undamaged.

  • Only Products purchased through Sapling directly are automatically eligible for return, products purchased through other channels are subject to review before approval.

Changing / Canceling Order Details

  • If you notice that there is an issue with your order please email us as soon as possible to rectify the issue. We try to accommodate any changes however we cannot guarantee this as an option. As everything at Sapling is made to order, once an order is placed, it is generally not possible to cancel or change it in any way. If you realize you need to request a change, please contact our us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request but unfortunately, it is not guaranteed.

Custom Orders

  • All custom orders at Sapling Studio are final sale, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these orders. This policy applies to any product that is specifically personalized, customized, or made-to-order according to the Customer’s specifications.
